Pain
Pain can have resonance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
With an Occupational Therapy and energetic healing background, I blend clinical experience with intuitive seeing skills. I believe pain reveals messages vital to healing.

Past Lives
Do you have talents, desires, fears or experiences that you feel like they might come from more than just this life? Understanding more about your Past-Life Experiences can sometimes help you get more clarity and direction in this one. I can help you identify past-life themes and limiting beliefs affecting your current life. From here we can rewrite and reclaim more expansive beliefs and ways of being aligned with your highest soul intention. Clients often report physical pain relief, big shifts in life after a session, and positive forward motion in daily life. During sessions I often work with my clients to co-create goal-oriented strategies to practice in daily life after a session, so you can keep the momentum going.
Relationships
I have developed techniques for working with relationship healing and compatibility through the chakra system. This work will help you perceive energetic patterns of connection with your person and understand how these patterns drain or uplift your energy, so you can clearly and confidently choose how to proceed. I also help people make sense of difficult relationships on a soul level, including past-life experiences and soul contracts.
Connecting with Loved Ones Who Have Crossed-Over
I often help my clients to communicate and find peace with those who have crossed over. Losing my beloved only sibling and Mother in recent years has deepened my understanding and empathy with clients working through grief and loss.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a library of your soul’s experiences throughout time. These experiences have shaped you including your beliefs, fears, joys, talents, aspirations, intentions, and purposes. There are stories in these records that can unlock keys to understanding yourself better in this Now.
Akashic Records Coaching is NOT a psychic reading that will predict your future or tell you what you “should do.” It Is an opportunity to connect with your Akashic Record Keepers, beings of light that want to empower you by helping you understand your soul purpose(s), and provide you with more clarity, vision, and healing, in order to help you grow as a soul.
The information given will not predict the future, as the future relies on many free-will choices. Future outcomes require work on your part to meet the challenges and suggestions offered in your best interest.
The future is not fixed!
You have the power to create your future.
You can ask about future possibilities,
visit possible future selves, and gain clarity about
which choices feel the most aligned for you!
Your Openness and Your Questions determine what happens during the session.
An Akashic Record Coaching session is a co-creative process. Prepare specific questions about specific things you would like to get further validation and clarity. This will make for a much more deep and enriching experience. (Link to: Schedule and Prepare for your Session).
Your Akashic Record Keepers will ANSWER your questions based on HOW you ask them.
For example: If you ask “is this guy good for me?” They may just say “yes.”
When you find out later that he broke your heart and stole $50 from your purse, you might think – he wasn’t good for me at all! To which they might say, You have a habit of picking partners who take from you and do not respect you for who you are. He was good for you, because now you have become aware of that habit, and can choose differently. Now, are you ready to clear this habit? Are you ready to work on some daily practices that we provide you with to help end this pattern?
However, if instead you ask “is this person I’m interested in having a relationship with someone who will: respect me and give to me as much as I bring to the relationship? What areas could be challenges for us? What areas could flow harmoniously for us? Is he someone I can trust to be able to share my innermost secrets with? Is he someone who could be gentle with my heart and connect with me from the heart? What lessons does he have to learn to be able to be vibrations match with me?
Asking specific questions will bring you specific answers.

I CANNOT do consultations for people under 18 years of age, or open the records of anyone who is not present (including the deceased).
I CAN consult about you in relation to others such as:
If you have a soul contract, and more information about it
If a relationship contract is fulfilled
If there are cords that are draining you in a relationship connection
If there is residue from old relationships interfering with your current relationship(s)
If we can connect with the higher self of loved ones crossed over
One hour sessions are currently $222 USD and conducted over Zoom Meeting.

Other Session Information
Thank you for agreeing to participate in an Akashic Record Consultation with me. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
All appointments are 1 hour long, and are done remotely through Zoom Meeting, or in-person (see my In-Person Services page to schedule in-person sessions. It is a separate scheduling system).
Please do not drink any alcohol (or take any other mind-altering substances) 12 hours prior to consultation. That can lower the body’s vibration and is more difficult to access information in the Akashic Records. (Caffeine is ok if you prefer to have it.)
If you have a set of headphones (almost all headphones have a mic in them), we can hear each other the best over Zoom on your computer or phone.
